MY STORY
My true essence: I am quirky, witty, passionate and feisty, and I am a highly sensitive person. In early childhood, I was intuitive and inquisitive, always suspecting there was something more to life. As is the case with so many sensitive children, my formative years took me further and further away from my authentic nature as I attempted to adapt and be accepted by society. I masked, became a “good girl” and lived my life playing small, fearful of my sensitivity and power while also being weary of rejection.
Even though I played by society’s rules, this inner restlessness never left me and I found myself feeling dissatisfied by my accomplishments and relationships no matter what I did. I excelled at sports and academia, I had many friends and followed a linear path to my family’s delight, but none of it sparked joy.
It was while working in public relations for a large corporation that I began to turn inward and discovered my interest in personal and spiritual development. Interest turned to passion and passion turned to life-changing reality when I began my own healing journey, experienced a profound awakening and was mentored by a gifted psychic medium.
This is when it occurred to me: The only way out is in.
When my children came earth side, things became even more intense as they mirrored back to me all that I had still not accepted within myself. Plummeting into shadow work, inner child healing, and personal discovery, I uncovered the root of my discomfort, began the process of de-conditioning and through persistent devotion to meditation and self-reflection, reconnected to my Divinity and regained a conscious connection to Spirit and my intuition. Might I add, the healing journey is an endless one. I am still re-wilding and reclaiming my primal essence, and I wholeheartedly surrender to the dance between my Divinity and my humanity. In this very moment, I am returning to my remembrance of the Cosmic Mother. I am also actively embracing the power of sisterhood and healing through community. We are simply not meant to do this alone.
All of this to say: My interest in guiding and supporting others was truly born from my own healing and awakening journey. I fell in love with the process, the mystery, the magick, the priomordial wisdom we all hold within. I now know through experience what it means to “be the change” because when I shifted, my world did too.
My vision is to hold space for you as you awaken YOUR inner healer and alchemist, and embody your power as the creator of your reality. I am humbly devoted to holding the light, along with the darkness, as you walk the path of self-discovery, learn to love all parts of yourself, and come to see, feel and believe that YOU are the only guru, master, teacher that you’ll ever need!

I am a triple Air sign, meaning my “big three” in astrology are all Air placements: Libra Sun, Gemini Moon, Aquarius Rising. I have a thirst for knowledge, having deep and meaningful conversations are my favourite pastime, and connecting to the ethers comes naturally to me.
In Human Design, I am a Projector with a 1/3 Investigating Martyr profile, which means I take things and go the mile with it, learning from experience before I teach. My incarnation cross is the Right Angle Cross of Penetration 3, which means I have the ability to cut through illusion, read others from a place of intuitive knowing, and connect directly to Source.
